Payment Options

Credit/Debit Cards E Squared Living accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A card is charged in full at the time an order is placed. PayPal PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout. PayPal will be charged in full at the time an order is placed. Sales and Use Tax E Squared Living charges sales tax for product shipped into Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. E Squared Living does not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, a purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details on how to file these returns may be found at the websites of applicable taxing authorities.

Shipping and Delivery

E Squared Living ships orders over $200 free of charge and some exceptions apply. Additional charges may be assessed for highly congested, toll heavy, required ferry crossings, or select remote areas. E Squared Living Free Shipping services are limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Many products manufactured when an order is placed and ships up to 4 weeks. E Squared Living cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. All deliveries are curbside delivery. White Glove services require additional charges. Most orders may be delivered without a scheduled appointment and signature. Select orders with additional delivery services e.g. Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove require an appointment and signature. Deliveries that must be scheduled are made Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. A delivery agent will call to schedule delivery. A responsible party at least 18 years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment. Customers must inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason for concern with the packaging or product condition "product damaged" must be written on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers that sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Review the Damaged Merchandise section.

E Squared Living is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.

Refused Delivery

Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused. Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged.


Items eligible for return must be initiated within 15 days from the order delivery date. Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent to include, but not limited to shipping and restocking fees. Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit. Prior to placing an order refer to the product detail page for the item specific return policy. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails. Returnable items must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories.

Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return. Visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. Due to the nature of some types of orders the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:

1. Open Box items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.

2. Orders for 10 or more of the same items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. For large quantity orders it is recommended a sample is ordered first to ensure the item meets requirements.

3. Items with a dollar value greater than $2,500 are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

4. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.


Orders may be cancelled prior to processing or shipment; some exceptions apply. Prior to placing an order refer to the product detail page for the item specific cancellation policy. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails. To request an order be cancelled contact Customer Service. Cancellations are not executed until E Squared Living confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided E Squared Living confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation. The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.

Damaged Merchandise

Customer participation is needed. Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Additional instructions will then be provided. If a replacement item is needed, items will be sent at no additional cost. If the damaged item is not returned within 30 days, E Squared Living will recharge the original method of payment until the item is received.
